CMB and Bistrot Pedol Unveil a new Wine Corner in Bolzano

The Finest Seafood Elevated by World-Class Wines – Concours Mondial de Bruxelles and Bistrot Pedol celebrate the opening of a new exceptional Wine Corner in Bolzano. Discover the 24 award-winning wines from CMB, including 17 from Italy and 7 international selections, which will be available for tasting. 

CMB | Concours Mondial de Bruxelles continues its development in Italy alongside Bistrot Pedol, with ambitious plans and new events coming up for wine and gastronomy enthusiasts. The opening of the Wine Corner in Bolzano is part of this expansion dynamic, representing one more step: “Other prestigious events will soon be announced throughout the country, reinforcing the presence of the alliance between CMB and Bistrot Pedol in Italy and their commitment to excellence,” declared Baudouin Havaux, President of CMB.

This new venue will be located within Bolzano’s Mercato Centrale, a new vibrant 5,000 m² space, in the WaltherPark complex, dedicated to flavors and culinary discoveries, able to host up to 40 guests in an elegant and convivial atmosphere. Visitors will enjoy an immersive experience focused on pairings between seafood, Bistrot Pedol’s refined cuisine, and the award-winning wines of Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. After the opening in Rapallo this summer, this new Wine Corner becomes the starting point for a series of gourmet and festive events that will further strengthen CMB’s presence in Italy. 

In line with its international initiatives, CMB allows the public to discover the world’s best wines and spirits through a unique gastronomic experience, expanding the Wine & Spirits Experience network present in Milan, Rapallo, Mexico, Benin, and Seoul. 

Bistrot Pedol, a Milanese institution since 1929, offers in Bolzano a daily selection of fish, shellfish, and seafood—raw, fried, and grilled—prepared in true traditional style, enhanced by pairings with CMB’s world-renowned winning wines. Michelin-starred chef Franck Businelli envisioned a menu focused on freshness and authenticity for refined convivial moments.
