Jagatić Korenika Ana-Marija
As a university professor (Assoc. Prof.) in the field of enology, in addition to teaching and extracurricular activities, I also deal with wine evaluation, both scientific and professional. As an official wine evaluator for the purpose of putting wine into the Croatian market, I have been the chairman of the official commissions since 2016. I participate in numerous local and international judgings, most often as the panel chairman. The most significant evaluation in which I participate is certainly Vinistra, as the largest and only OIV competition in Croatia. I am continuously renewing my knowledge by entering different evaluations and courses in various fields, including the sensory evaluation, and teach students the same topics with high experience on Faculty.
